Who else thinks that time between
8PM Sunday night – 7PM Wednesday night slows way down?! It’s my favorite night of Big Brother,
as the true person running the house for the week, is the Power of Veto winner. I hope that Wil and Joe put up a huge
fight for POV, as I am ready to see the Silent Six alliance crumble. I said it before, and I think it’s
worth reiterating, that Wil has no one to be mad at except himself. He helped evict the one person that
would keep him safe week to week. Frank and Boogie go back to canoodle in their cubby, and they start laying
the groundwork to evict Wil. The
one problem I see with this scenario is the fact they want to bring Joe into
their smaller alliance of two. For
their sake, I hope that the other Silent Six members don’t find out, as they
will flip on them if presented the opportunity. Frank has some of the best one-liners in the house. “Joe is like a drunk girl at prom,
she’s gonna make a mess, but you just have to be sure she doesn’t throw up on
her shoes.” I wonder if this sage
advice came from his father, Sid Vicious?
Wil really does have a great ability to read people. He has called out so many people in the
DR, and when Boogie tries to schmooze him, he doesn’t fall for it!
Britney and Shane sneak into the Have Not room to discuss possible POV scenarios. What?! Shane doesn’t have feelings for Danielle?? Shocker!! This surprising news is the least of his concern now; as Britney
is worried that Shane will be back-doored this week after the POV
ceremony. I hate to keep bringing
it up, but their paranoia is driving me insane. However, they evicted Janelle, and now they will have to
fight to stay in the house.
Wil tries to gain the confidence of Danielle by telling him
about his traumatic childhood experiences. I can only assume what he said was true, and I agree that it
would have been a living hell to be tortured at school every day. When it was time to pick players for
the POV, Wil drew Boogies’ chip.
He then says he wishes something would go right for him. He has had a pretty charmed life in the
BB house so far, so I feel like he should really have to fight in order to stay
this week. Shane was also allowed
to play as he won the Veto card in last week’s competition. Frank draws Jenn’s chip, and Joe
selfishly chooses Ashley to play this week. Ashley of course is still sore from chronic back pains, but
wouldn’t it be amazing if she were faking the injury, in order to play the
sympathy card?
ZingBot 3000 |
My favorite HG returned this
week! Zingbot 3000 can roast the
HGs like no other. He calls out Ashley
for being dumb, for which she replies, “Don’t you know how bright you have to
be to be a spray tanner? So
bright!” My favorite has to be the
dig/hidden message he delivered to Britney. She gave her $500,000 to the Brigade two years ago,
and she is going down the same road this season! ZIIINNNNGG!
This week’s veto competition builds
on last year’s competition, where the contestants had to build Zingbot a
bride. This season, the HGs have
to ensure that Zingbot’s seed goes through the fallopian tube to help deliver
baby Zingbot. Ashley of course
struggles throughout the competition as she said the last puzzle she put
together was one that was a kitty cat….little does everyone else know, she put
this 10 piece puzzle together by herself last year. ZIIIIIINNNNNGGGG!
Boogie, who claims to be a mastermind of the game, has to enlist the
help of Ian to get through the puzzle.
Britney then starts yelling instructions to Shane, which I feel is just
too convoluted for his emancipated* (an Ashley'ism) body. ZIIIIIIIINNNNNG!
Frank easily wins the competition, and with his help, baby Zingbot was
born. Ziiinnng!
Well, although, I thought that everyone should have voted Frank
out last week, I can’t deny that he is decimating the competition.
Everyone immediately starts to
scramble because they don’t trust Frank (i.e. Boogie) to not go back on his
word. Britney and Dan are worried
that Dan is going on the block.
Jenn, Ashley and Wil are convinced that Frank should use the POV to put
up Shane or Dan. Unfortunately, I
think if Frank does make a big move, that he will be the target of everyone
next week. Ashley and Wil put the
pressure on Frank to make a big move, and it appears that they might have
learned a thing or two from Janelle.
I really hope that Dan goes home because I want all of the old coaches
gone. I think it was unfair that
they basically had a 3-week safety net.
Britney convinces Ian to go figure
out what’s going on in Frank’s coiffed head. He does it for the sake of the Quack Pack, and poor Ian
wants to save Dan, as he is a part of his “alliance”. He is so trusting, and I would feel bad if they betray him
in the end. Ian warns Frank of a
possible blood bath if he put up Dan, but I hope he does as it makes for a more
interesting season! Britney has to
be the funniest of all HGs this season.
“…Ian is coming to us with this information as a Quack Packer….I am so
embarrassed I just said that.”
“You cannot trust Frank. On
the one hand he works with Mike Boogie…on the other hand he wears his hair like
that in public, therefore he has no shame, therefore you can’t believe whatever
comes out of his mouth.” I am not
sure how she draws that conclusion, but it’s funny nevertheless.
Frank actually stands up to Boogie
by saying that he wants to get rid of Dan, and that he has the power to do
it. I hope he carries through with
his plan as Boogie only has his own interests in mind. IN THE END IT’S FRANK’S DECISION, AND
BOOGIE NEEDS TO SHUT UP AND LET HIM DO WHAT HE WANTS. Boogie is more concerned about people coming after him next
week, than them just coming after Frank next week. In the end Boogie gets his way, and Frank does not use the
POV. He will regret this decision,
and I can’t believe he didn’t trust his own instincts. Wil makes an empty threat against
Frank, but it won’t matter, as he will be meeting Julie tomorrow.
What an exciting episode, that kind
of fizzled at the end…what do you think?
Should Frank have trusted his instincts? Do you trust that the other members of the Silent Six will
trust Frank going forward?
